He has workedfor Gujarat National Law University and organized certificate course on "Economic Analysis of Construction Contract" as a co-coordinator. He has also organized several conferences like "UN @ 70:urgent need for reforms", etc. His specialization includes Privacy Law, Business and Human Rights, Technology and Crime. Mr. Madhav has participated in several national and international conferences and presented a Paper on "The Legisprudence and Law 2.0: applying the analogy of Web 2.0 in legisprudence" at 12th Asian Law Institute Conference at National Taiwan University, Taipei 2015 May, 21-22, 2015. He has been an active participant in various extra-curricular activities during his student days and is an avid reader.
Mr. R. C Singh is a first class graduate in law. He is an alumni of the prestigious Allahabad University and completed his law graduation from Faculty of Law, Allahabad University in the year 1988. He has wide experience in advising clients upon civil case pertaining to property disputes, service matters, etc. He is associated with us since 2000 and has been handling hardcore litigation relating to civil cases, recovery matters, seizure, injunctions, including Application seeking interim relief, etc. He has also been appearing before different tax tribunals.
Mr. Rananjay Singh is a graduate in law. He is an alumni of the prestigious Allahabad University and completed his law graduation from Faculty of Law, Allahabad University in the year 2000. Enrolled in 2001 with the Bar Council of UP, he has commenced his legal and has been associated with us since January 2001. He deals with matters of the civil side involving statues like Civil Procedure Code, Central Sales Tax, Contract laws, Commercial Tax, Recovery matters, Service Tax, etc. His other engagements include drafting various legal documents required in litigation matters like Petitions, Claims, Applications, and Notices etc. He has been involved in briefing and assisting various Counsels and Designated Senior Advocates and has given oral and written advice to our vast pool of national and international clients.
Mr. Umesh Singh is a graduate in law. He is an alumni of the prestigious Banaras Hindu University and completed his law graduation from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University in the year 2001. He has wide experience in criminal cases and has acquired expertise in bails, POCSO, POTA and NDPA cases. Mr. Singh is an esteemed advocate and is also an expert of indirect taxation matters. He is also responsible for labour law cases of the firm and has been taking care of matters of the firm before Employees’ Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
Gaurav Upadhyay practices in the areas of Civil, Criminal, Banking & Finance and Corporate commercial. He has advised domestic and international clients in Banking & Finance related transactions including Syndicated Lending (secured & unsecured), domestic & external Commercial Borrowings, Project Financing, Acquisition Financing and Debt Restructuring. He has also advised clients (Union of India, North DMC, Delhi Jal Board, Delhi Transport Corporation and Election Commission of India) on various issues and have appeared for them before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. Before joining This Law firm he was working with Union of India. He has been actively engaged and has represented/pleaded for different corporate bodies, organization/individuals in different courts/arbitration tribunals/ Tax Tribunals/ Labour Tribunal and Environmental Tribunals.
